The quickest lunch or dinner recipe for me consists of lots of seasoned and sautéed veggies rolled into a wrap. This is also a perfect recipe for lunch on the go! All you need is a big bowl of chopped veggies seasoned or marinated in garam masala, ground cumin, salt, lime juice, sugar, and cayenne. I add fresh cilantro and minced ginger, garlic, and Serrano peppers to the veggies for some added flavor. The recipe is as simple as sauté, wrap, grill!
