Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Dessert for breakfast is a thing again and no complaints here! I was very skeptical of cold or room temperature oatmeal, but turns out I should have tried them way sooner than I did. I’m officially on the bandwagon now! Here’s how I make applie pie overnight oats:

Mix all of the following in a mason jar and let it sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning add chopped apple and indulge!
Rolled oats (1/2 cup)

Unsweetened almond milk (1/2 cup)

Cinnamon

Vanilla extract

Maple syrup

Seeds/nuts/dried fruit
